Oyster Cards: 0343 222 1234 (Option 2)
Call TFL on 0343 222 1234 and select Option 2 if you need to find out how to touch in and touch out when you are on the tubes underground. Call TFL to find out if there is anything you can do if you do not see a yellow touch out service and to find out how much your fares are going to be before you go on your journey. Contact TFL if you need to reset your username or password for your Oyster account and to report your card as being lost or even stolen. If you do not have an account but you believe that your Oyster Card has been stolen then call 0343 222 1234, selecting Option 2 and then Option 5. Contact TFL if you want to get a statement of your Oyster card and even your journey history. Dial the TFL phone number on 0343 222 1234 but do make sure that you have your Oyster card number to hand, the name of the station you frequently depart from and your security password if you do have your card register. Contactless Payment Cards: 0343 222 1234 (Option 2 then Option 4)
Contact TFL on 0343 222 1234 to query a travel charge that is on your contactless card. Sign into the online service to view your fares and call TFL to find out if you have a charge on your account that you do not recognise or if you have not signed into your account for some time and therefore need help with the security check. If your query is online related then do have your account information ready when you call TFL. Contact TFL via text phone on 0800 112 3456 for any contactless queries.
Refunds: 0343 222 1234
Call TFL to enquire about getting a refund or to find out if there is anything that you can do to get a refund for an incomplete journey. TFL allow you to apply for 3 refunds a year for any journeys that have not been completed properly. Call TFL if you have been charged the maximum fare for a journey that was incomplete or if you no longer need your season ticket. Phone TFL on 0343 222 1234 and select Option 2 then Option 4 for Contactless refunds and phone 343 222 1234 and select Option 2 then Option 5 to get a refund for your Oyster Card.
Tubes: 0343 222 1234 (Option 6)
Contact TFL if the services are going to be disrupted or if you would like to find out when your peak ticket is valid for. Peak times are Monday to Friday between the hours of 6:30am and 9:29am and then again 16:00pm to 18:59pm. To register your complaints about the TFL tube service or to find out if there is going to be any maintenance on your chosen lines on the days you are travelling on then call 0343 222 1234 and select Option 6.
Buses: 0343 222 1234 (Option 6)
Phone TFL on 0343 222 1234 to enquire about the buses that they operate or if you are unsure as to where your Oyster card is. Phone 0343 222 1234 to report a problem about a staff member or about those who have not given you a bad service. To find out if the bus you need to get on is wheelchair accessible or not, call TFL and if you would like to register a complaint about a certain bus or about a driver then make sure that you call the TFL phone number and list the bus number, the bus stop location and your own Oyster card number. Call TFL on 0343 222 1234 to register a complaint about the tram service or to find out when the tram you want to ride on is going to arrive or depart.
